Here we are again on the 15th of the month, so it must be time to post about Gifted Gorgeousness! The brainchild of the fabulous Jo, we all post about things we've been given or hope to give away at some point, once we finish them, and who knows how long that will be for some of my WIPs?
Since the last post I've managed to finish Somebunny: stitched on 28 ct Aether by Chromatic Alchemy as charted 2 over 2 although I managed to forget all about finishing this for Valentine's Day, so this will have to be an Easter gift! I had intended to go by the fabric over last weekend, but then this happened: so I decided against going to the store. DD got some roses instead, a little miniature pink rose plant that smells wonderful! She likes to have it in her room all the time, but we take it out to get a little sun during the day. I had a few little finishes as well:

The monthly designs are from Palko-laps great calendar series that can …
Time to update my WIPs! I hope everyone has had a good weekend and had as much stitching time as they wished. We've had a busy time as DD turns 4 tomorrow. She seemed to have a blast this weekend, so that's what matters. I did get a little stitching done, although having a cold and a major migraine episode this week did slow me down a little.
There's a fair bit of confetti in the leaves of this one and I'd like to try and get the top done first, so I'm working more there first. I haven't done much with Fishing lately, but I hope to get that out this week. With luck I'll get them both finished up in a couple weeks. I haven't been able to do any of the No X November stitching that Theme-tas-stitch has set as the theme, but I have this one in mind for a friend.
She's a little Xmas obsessed, so I think she'll get a laugh out of this one. It's a free chart by Kincavel Krosses and you can find it here.
I'm still enjoying the specialty stitches SAL and have another 2 nights work into it. I'm not quite done, but maybe tonight?
Clearly the left corner isn't going to match up perfectly, but I think having it at the corner will at least make it less noticeable. I should be able to finish this tonight and maybe pull out something else, depending on time.
It's October Opulence for Theme-tas-Stitch and since it's Wednesday I should be getting out my Letter H from Letters from Nora. We'll see how the night goes!
I've somewhat stopped my rotation for now since this is sort of the Christmas stretch and I'd like to work on a few different things. I also recently picked up this Dimensions kit:
and plan to stitch it for DD for Xmas. She loves trains and Xmas, so I think she'll get a kick out of it.
I hope you're all doing well. I'm much more on the mend and hope to be 100% soon.
Happy Stitching and thank you for all your wonderful comments!
